Finance and Administration
Mandate
- To plan, manage and coordinate Council resources (Human, financial, physical) required for efficient service delivery and aiding socio-economic development in the region.
- To accurately report the financial performance of the Council, use financial information to create insights, prepare and track budgets in order to assist KRC to make recommendations to the Minister of Finance in relation to preparation of estimates of expenditure.
- Finance and Administration focusing on Finance and Human Resource developed a three-year business unit plan aimed at achieving the Council strategic objectives and to provide an effective and efficient service delivery.
